The registration for this year's ASEAN Sports festival is now open until 18th October 2010, Monday. 

To register please send in your name (stating in which category you will be playing in) to bynjapan@gmail.com. 

Note:

1. For one category, only one person/team is allowed to register. However, the same person may register to more than one categories.

2. BYNJ will pay for your participation fees.

Registration for badminton friendly match only opens on the day of the sports fest. Time start for registration will be announce later.

Japan-ASEAN Youth Leaders Summit 2010

This year's Japan-ASEAN Youth Leaders Summit 2010 will be held from 30th Oct-2nd Nov. There will be discussions with Japanese and other ASEAN youths and culture exchange programs. Meeting with Mr Sato

Greetings to all of you. Today, I had a meeting with Mr Sato at the Embassy of Japan in Brunei. From the meeting, I would like to convey one message from the Embassy of Japan and inform all of you regarding two important upcoming events in Brunei. First and foremost, Mr Sato wishes to express his sincere interest to get in touch with all Bruneian students studying in Japan. Hence, Mr Sato really appreciates Bruneian students who are coming back to Brunei during their semester breaks to inform the Embassy of Japan. You can do so by simply calling the Embassy at 2226867 and inform your presence to Noraini. Mr Sato would be very happy if all of you can make an effort to do a courtesy call. He is very eager to know your progress and life in Japan. In addition, the Embassy of Japan may require your assistance should the Embassy organise any activities such as promotion of Japanese culture and liaising with Japanese students coming to Brunei. The first event I would like to share is regarding the Japanese Speech Competition. It will be held at Institute Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA) on 24th September (Friday)starting from 2pm untill 5.30pm. Those in Brunei for the holidays and alumni members are cordially invited to attend. The second event I would like to share with you all is regarding the dinner with Embassy of Japan .The dinner is opened for all Bruneian students studying in Japan and alumni members. It will be held on 24th September (Friday) starting from 7.15pm.Venue is yet to be confirmed. Once the venue is confirmed, I will inform all of you. Those who are in Brunei and able to attend the dinner kindly send me an RSVP with your contact details through a private message in Facebook.
